I think this crusty asshole wanted to get rid of this young man and becuz of EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) rules hadda find a way by any means necessary to do it.
Young man got arrested, detained for 4 hours AFTER they found the "missing" item. and get this.. the company FIRED him and did not give him his job back even after he was cleared.
