who cricket lovers knew as the unique salesman, who used to pelt nuts at all cricket games, has passed on.
Keith Martin was his real name and he started selling nuts in the early 1970s, to the delight of fans of the sport.
He was a delightful part of our childhoods and remained someone we would still look forward to seeing even when we were well into adulthood.
Thanks for the nuts and the memories!
