And while you listen, consider this: under a Preventive Detention Order, a person is deprived of their liberty simply by the signing of an order by a politician.
Now imagine it is you. Or your child. Your spouse. Your parent. Your closest friend.
Imagine being imprisoned for months. NO EVIDENCE. NO REASONABLE GROUNDS. Not after being convicted of a crime. Just by the signature of a politician.
