The PNM's SOE AMNESIA During SOE 2024, the Emergency Powers Regulations, Regulation 12 stated:

No person shall– (a) endeavour, whether orally or otherwise, to influence public opinion in a manner likely to be prejudicial to public safety and order; or (b) do any act or have any article in his possession with a view to making or facilitating the making of any such endeavour.

The then PNM government was taken to court and was forced to amend the State of Emergency powers regulations, 2024, three months later by removing references to “public order” following a constitutional challenge. The Emergency Powers (Amendment) (No 2) Regulations, 2025, was signed by President Christine Kangaloo on March 21 2025, to eliminate the phrase “public order” from regulations 12(a) of the Schedule. The “public order” provisions were overly broad and unconstitutional, raising concerns that they could be used to suppress freedoms of speech, assembly, and political expression. Yet none of the current PNM MP’s who were then Cabinet ministers seem to remember these facts.

In the current SOE 2026, the Emergency Powers Regulations, Regulation 11 states: No person shall– (a) endeavour, whether orally or otherwise, to influence public opinion in a manner likely to be prejudicial to public safety; or (b) do any act or have any article in his possession with a view to making or facilitating the making of any such endeavour.

The regulations concerning freedom of speech, expression assembly and dissent were broad and restrictive under the PNM’s 2024 SOE use of “public order” while under the current 2026 SOE, it specific to endangerment of public safety.

On Friday the PNM had a public political meeting during the SOE to ironically complain that the government called an SOE to suppress public meetings.
They complained about interference to free speech, assembly and expression but then told the small audience present that the current State of Emergency regulations that have been published so far do not and cannot interfere with your right to freedom of expression.

They complained about crime and dictatorship but at the same meeting defended violent home invaders, and drug traffickers while also publicly supporting international dictatorships. The haters, trolls, doomscrolllers, red couch alumni and my PNM fans who are self-gaslighting regarding the SOE 2026 regulations as a way to cope with my absence, need not worry or meltdown. Statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba Cuba regrets the decision of the government of Jamaica to cease medical cooperation, yielding to pressure from the U.S. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba reports that, on March 4, the Foreign Ministry of Jamaica communicated to our Embassy in that country the unilateral decision of its government to terminate the health cooperation agreement that has linked both nations for decades. With this action, the government of Jamaica yields to the pressures of the government of the United States, which is not concerned about the health needs of the Caribbean brothers. Cuba deeply regrets that in this way a history of fruitful and sustained collaboration is disregarded, one that has brought countless benefits to the Jamaican people, who are now deprived of receiving the basic and specialized health services that Cuban collaborators provided. In response to the step taken by the government of Jamaica, the government of Cuba has made the sovereign decision to proceed with the return of the Cuban Medical Brigade. These health professionals leave behind an indelible mark and return to Cuba with the satisfaction of a duty fulfilled and the permanent willingness to assist wherever their spirit of solidarity is required. Cuba’s work in Jamaica is an eloquent example of genuine cooperation. In the last 30 years alone, more than 4,700 Cuban collaborators have provided medical assistance on the Caribbean island. Currently, the Brigade was composed of 277 professionals whose work has had a tangible and profound impact on strengthening the Jamaican health system. The historic results of this collaboration speak for themselves: · More than 8,176,000 patients treated. · 74,302 surgical procedures performed. · 7,170 births attended. · More than 90,000 lives saved. Likewise, through the Operation Miracle program, present in Jamaica since 2010, the sight of nearly 25,000 Jamaicans has been restored or improved. Cuban cooperation has also been decisive in projects for the control and prevention of diseases such as malaria and in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. The most recent example of this dedication was seen after the passage of Hurricane Melissa, which severely affected the island. In those difficult circumstances, the Cuban Medical Brigade remained firmly at their posts, many of its members working for more than 72 consecutive hours and actively joining the tasks of recovering hospitals and communities. Faithful to the historic relations of brotherhood and solidarity that unite us with Jamaica, Cuba reaffirms its unwavering commitment to the Jamaican people, who will always be able to count on the selfless cooperation of Cuba. In 4 days, Iran has managed to expand its sphere of military dominance in the region. Iran has destroyed the most valuable and expensive military bases, property, and equipment in the entire world. The American bases in Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia are among the largest military facilities in the entire world. These facilities have cost trillions of dollars over several decades to build.

We are talking about the fact that the bulk of the military spending that has been made over more than 30 years has gone up in smoke. We see radars costing hundreds of millions of dollars each being destroyed in an instant. We see entire military bases being abandoned and burned, looted, and destroyed. And I'm telling you, as far as I know, the U.S. has never suffered such destruction in its entire history, except perhaps for Pearl Harbor, but that was just one attack.

No enemy in a conventional war has ever done this to American military forces as Iran is doing right now. It's hard to believe. The military situation is so serious that censorship is blocking almost all new information about this war. If you've noticed, we're getting less and less information every day. Thirty-five years ago, during the first Iraqi war, we were shown endless footage from Iraq. Back then, smart bombs and cameras were a novelty, but every night we were shown night-time footage.

Now we hardly see any videos at all. Understand this! Supposedly, this is the world's largest military power, with the world's largest air capabilities, and on the fourth day of the U.S. offensive, supposedly and supposedly breaking through Iranian defenses, we don't see any signs of American dominance in the Iranian sky. Where are all the video recordings of our planes flying over Tehran or any other part of Iran, for that matter?

American soldiers can't even dream of setting foot on Iranian soil. And to understand how desperate this war is, on the fourth day you're already hearing the most insane proposals and ideas from the Trump administration.

They're proposing sending military escorts for oil tankers leaving the Persian Gulf. What are you even talking about! You want to send American ships into the zone of destruction of thousands of Iranian missiles? NOW no one can get through the Strait of Hormuz.

The Iranians have been preparing for this for decades. They're flaunting the idea of arming Kurdish militias to invade Iran. What the hell are you talking about? Have you seen a map of Iran!? It seems the Trump administration has never seen a map of Iran! Do you know how vast it is? What does it mean to invade Iran!? Do you think a militia of 10,000 people could invade Iran!? Or even 50,000? Or 100,000? Iran will swallow them up.

The U.S. and Israel have already lost this war. The U.S. and Israel can kill millions of civilians in their homes. They have powerful bombs and can blow up buildings, but they won't win this war. Iran's military infrastructure and weaponry is deep underground all over IRAN. Neither the Americans nor, especially, the Israelis have any chance of reaching any of it.

They're in deep shit. They started something they have no chance of finishing. When this all ends, the U.S. will never return to West Asia.

There will be no American presence in the Middle East. I'm telling you this now with certainty."
